BASIC Closing the Bones Healing Massage

The massage will be done on the ground. You will be welcomed with carefully laid out Rebozos on a padded mat and blanket, a cushion for your head and a cushion can be placed under your thighs if needed too.

You will be lying down across the Rebozos and your hips will gently be rocked to a gentle beat. I will then begin your aromatherapy abdomen massage using gentle gliding motions in specific directions to bring you to the centre with the aiming of guiding the uterus and bladder back to their rightful place.

A series of focused massages around the pelvis and hips will follow including releasing the stagnant crystals on your hips in a gentle massage. These crystals also hold a lot of trapped emotions so they can have a profound effect when they begin to get removed.

Further gentle rocking of the hips will be done again to a rhythmical beat. The careful swift wrapping of your hips in the Rebozo will then commence the wrapping of the whole body encompassing all 8 Rebozos where you will be tucked in from your hips, rib cage, shoulders, thighs, knees, shins, feet then your head is gently covered.

You will be in a comforting cocoon while you rest. A blanket is then placed over you. You will then be sung to lovingly using healing songs and sound around you whilst you are wrapped up. You will be unwrapped slowly a short while later when you have had time to fully relax into the cradled arms of the Rebozos and feel ready to do so.

It will finish with a cup of herbal tea and time to reflect on any emotions or feelings that came up for you and talk through them.

  • A Soothing aromatherapy hands on massage of your womb space area and your hips.

  • A Rebozo led fascia releasing massage will start at your shoulders, then move to upper back and hips, then the whole body using Mexican Hand woven Rebozos that are gentle and soothing. You may feel tearful or very deeply connected to your emotions and the stories within you at this point. Your body will release through tears or laughter or other emotions, just allow yourself to surrender and let your emotions and thoughts free.

  • A large Tibetan Sound bowl will be placed on your womb space and its frequency will vibrate through your being aligning you further.

  • Further gentle rocking of the hips will be done again to a rhythmical beat. The careful swift wrapping of your hips in the Rebozo will then commence the wrapping of the whole body encompassing all 8 Rebozos where you will be tucked in from your hips, rib cage, shoulders, thighs, knees, shins, feet then your head is gently covered. This will feel like a gentle snug cocoon in the nurturing hold of the Rebozos from top to bottom allowing you to enter a beautiful deep state of relaxation and Theta state healing. I will also apply some optional magnesium spray on your feet at this point too.

  • A brief Guided Empowered Hypnosis to help the subconscious to receive the messages it desires that will amplify your mind set and deepen your entire Healing & Growth.

  • Feel Nourished. Closing with a cup of nurturing floral homemade herbal tea in a space for you to talk or simply sit in silence to absorb and reflect.

  • You will receive a home made essential oil infused detox bath salt blend to take home with you too that will integrate further your healing journey.
