5–6 hours | £800
The Sacred Realignment Experience is my signature in-person experience for women who are moving through a transition, closing an old chapter, or feeling the call to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.
This is not simply a massage or a treatment. It is a spacious, soul-led experience that brings together Closing the Bones-inspired rebozo massage, body-led release, intuitive guidance, sound, breath, reflection, and deep rest. It is created to support the whole woman — body, mind, heart and spirit — so she can pause, be held, and come back into a clearer relationship with herself.
This experience may support you if you are moving through emotional overwhelm, grief, birth, loss, motherhood, relationship changes, career changes, fertility journeys, perimenopause, menopause, or any season where life is asking you to meet yourself differently.
Many women come to this work when they feel out of alignment, emotionally stretched, disconnected from themselves, or aware that something they have been carrying needs space to be seen, softened, and released.
The work is inspired by the traditional Closing the Bones practice, where the body is gently massaged, wrapped and held using rebozos. The focus is especially around the hips, womb space and pelvis — areas many women experience as carrying emotion, transition, birth stories, loss, grief, tension, or the weight of what has not had space to move.
Through massage, warmth, wrapping, sound, breath and guided inner work, the body is invited to soften, settle and release what it is ready to release. Every experience is unique and intuitively led, created around the woman in front of me and what she is moving through at that time.
The experience gently moves through five stages.
We begin with an opening ritual, which may include ceremonial-grade cacao, intention setting, and time to arrive into the space. This creates a gentle beginning and allows your body, mind and energy to settle.
You are then guided into nervous system nourishment and grounding through aromatherapy massage around the womb space, hips and body, with sound bowl work to deepen the sense of relaxation and connection.
The rebozo-led massage and bodywork then supports emotional release and softening through the shoulders, back, hips and body. This part of the experience can feel deeply moving, especially for women who have been holding emotion, responsibility, grief, pressure or transition in the body for a long time.
You are then wrapped in the rebozos from head to toe, creating a cocooned space where the body can rest, receive and be held. Within this space, you may receive guided visualisation, breath, intuitive reflection or subconscious-led inner work to support your reconnection, clarity and sense of inner power.
We close with herbal tea, reflection, journaling or silence, depending on what you need. This part is unrushed. It gives you time to gently return, absorb what has moved, and honour what has shifted within you.
After the experience, you will receive aftercare guidance, a wellbeing gift which includes your own Hand woven Mexican Rebozo, seven days of WhatsApp support and a follow-up online integration call. This is because the work does not end when the session ends. The days after can bring emotion, insight, clarity and deeper understanding, and you are supported as you integrate what has opened.
This experience is created exclusively for women and may be especially supportive after birth, miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, breastfeeding endings, hysterectomy, fertility journeys, relationship endings, grief, emotional overwhelm, painful periods, perimenopause, menopause, or the beginning or ending of an important life chapter.
It can also be a supportive space for women who have lived through difficult or painful experiences and are ready to reconnect with themselves gently, safely and in their own time. This work does not replace medical, psychological or trauma-specialist care, but it can sit alongside your wider support as a sacred space for reconnection, reflection and realignment.
You do not need to know exactly what you are coming for. Sometimes you simply know that something within you is ready to be held differently.
This is a space to come as you are, be witnessed, be wrapped, be supported, and leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more reclaimed within yourself.
