Starting with a gentle cacao ceremony to begin the transformative journey.

You will be lying down across the Rebozos and your hips will gently be rocked to a gentle beat. I will then begin your aromatherapy abdomen massage using gentle gliding motions in specific directions whilst you receive a nurturing womb massage.

A series of focused massages around the pelvis and hips will follow including releasing the stagnant crystals on your hips in a gentle massage. These crystals also hold a lot of trapped emotions so they can have a profound effect when they begin to get removed.

This massage involves everything from the basic Rebozo rocking massage and incorporating  further focused relaxation and rocking of your body using the rebozos to sift and massage the body. This robozo led fascia releasing massage will start at your shoulders, then move to upper back and hips, then the whole body.

An optional upper body massage can be integrated here where the side of your breast area and arms are massaged to assist with lymphatic drainage. This can be especially helpful for breastfeeding mums too. The massage is at your comfort and adaptable so that you are feeling comfortable and nurtured. Further gentle rocking of the hips will be done again to a rhythmical beat. The careful swift wrapping of your hips in the Rebozo will then commence the wrapping of the whole body encompassing all 8 Rebozos where you will be tucked in from your hips, rib cage, shoulders, thighs, knees, shins, feet then your head is gently covered.

You will be in a comforting cocoon while you rest. A blanket is then placed over you. You will then be sung to lovingly using healing songs and sound around you whilst you are wrapped up.

You will be unwrapped slowly a short while later when you have had time to fully relax into the cradled arms of the Rebozos and feel ready to do so.

It will finish with a cup of herbal tea and time to reflect on any emotions or feelings that came up for you and talk through them. The full ceremony is highly recommended as it allows for a much deeper experience.

You will receive a bath salts to take home with you too that will integrate further your healing journey along with a small thank you gift. Please allow up to an additional 15 minutes.
